This is my first Medieval Tutorial, it's on swords - it will teach you how to poperly draw any battle ready (real, not fantasy) sword and inspire you to do a fantasy sword. It contains information about who wields what, i mean you wouldn't want to draw a grosse messer in the hand of a king, information about dimensions and proportions and more important things. It will teach you all you need to know about swords and how to properly draw them.No matter what program you use, you will need this tutorial if you aren't very experienced with sword drawing, and i have to say it contains some stuff few people know about....soooo enjoy !!
Only contains swords that dont look alike, for example i have only inserted the scimitar and not his "siblings", the shamshir and the tulwar.
Feel free to note me if you need more directions on this matter.
A ".rar" file is an archive. You can open it with winrar - you can download the program free right here ---> [link] .After you have installed it, just double click the .rar file and then select "extract" from the menu that pops up.After "decoding" the .rar file you can view the files with any picture viewer... hope you get it right

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
